GSF USA Company History
Chairman Jean Louis Noisiez creates Group Services France (GSF) in Paris France in 1963 using innovative principles; staff training, mechanization of cleaning services and strict quality control of the service actually provided. In France GSF develops exclusively through self development in a fully independent way. In 1978 GSF installs its Headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, a site symbolizing the innovation and technology that lie at the heart of the company’s strategy.
In 1987 GSF acquires Safeway Building Systems in Indianapolis Indiana to establish its Headquarters for the United States. In 1992 North American Janitorial Services in Cincinnati Ohio enters the Group. In 2005 Corporate Building Systems and Maintenance Engineering of Chicago are acquired and merged into the GSF portfolio.
