Mr. Bargmann was hired by GSF in November, 2007. He is responsible for leading the GSF team in all business operations in the United States.

Mr. Bargmann began his leadership career serving as an aviation officer in the U.S. Army. His business experience includes sales, service management, general management, and vice president positions in business to business service industries. He has a track record of driving organic growth and profits by ensuring strong customer focus.

Mr. Bargmann’s formal education includes a B.S. in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Mr. Brain began his career with GSF 15 years ago as an Area Manager. His career with GSF has included the positions of Area Manager, Sales Representative, Branch Manager and General Manager. In Indianapolis, Mr. Brain has oversight responsibilities for Human Resources, Customer Service, as well as Sales. Mr. Brain’s experience at every level of the organization has given him invaluable insight into the lives of his employees, supervisor, and management staff. His understanding of how each department must interact and compliment each other to deliver customer satisfaction is fundamental to his management philosophy.

Mr. Brain has served in his current role as General Manager in Indianapolis since 2001. Mr. Brain’s formal education includes a B.S. in Management from Indiana University; as well as, certifications from S.C. Johnson’s floor and carpet school and Vic’s Marble institute.

Mr. Lombardo began his career with GSF in 1992 as Human Resources Manager. He also served as a Customer Relationship Manager as well as Business Development Manager.

In 2008, Mr. Lombardo was promoted to General Manager of GSF Illinois, which includes overseeing Human Resources, Customer Service and Sales Departments. Mr. Lombardo’s focus is on customer’s satisfaction by providing high quality services as well as developing growth organically within the branch.

Mr. Lombardo graduated from American Institute of Banking and has 13 years experience in the banking industry, prior to starting his own bank in 1974.

Mr. Bouton jointed GSF as the Director of Human Resources in March of 2008. Based out of Indianapolis, he has leadership and oversight responsibility for all human resources and functions and coordinators at all major GSF USA, Inc. locations.

Mr. Bouton’s formal education includes PHR (Professional of Human Resources) Certification, a BA in Social Science from Saint Bonaventure University, and an MA in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
