Customer Service

The Customer Service Representative is many times the link between the Property Management Company and Branch Managers with questions or concerns. This department will schedule and inspect buildings to insure cleaning satisfaction is being met. The Representatives work with the Branch Managers in scheduling of additional services and prepare work orders for the accounting department. They will also assist in answering any questions regarding, square footage, specifications, etc. pertaining to an account. Representatives will assist in start-ups and set up of a monthly periodical work schedule for Area Managers. Via phone, e-mail, etc. this department takes all customer concerns and requests. The Customer Service Representative then forwards the necessary information from the customer or tenant to the Area Manager and the Branch Manager. This information is logged into each account and can be monitored as needed for the Property Management Company.

Customer Service Representatives assist operations in a variety of duties. These duties include, assisting in preparing proposals, setting up new accounts, maintaining account files, coordinates repairs of all equipment, ordering supplies, and ordering of all necessary items to make operations function. Such as, equipment, uniforms, office supplies and printing needs. Customer Service Representative’s work together as a team to help build a relationship between GSF and the Customer.
