Our Service Operators are trained to provide a high quality of service. We teach our employees to be accountable and responsible for their work. We also place them on a job site near their home when feasible to promote reliability and consistency of service. We pay our employees higher wages than industry norms, allowing us to attract and retain higher quality individuals.

Our Building Supervisors conduct daily or nightly inspections of all assigned operators and their work. They deliver written/verbal results to ensure quality standards are met and to correct performance deficiencies.

Our Area Managers work evenings overseeing assigned accounts. They perform inspections of their buildings then cover results with the on-site Supervisor and crew to ensure all are clear on customer expectations. They also have regular contact with property management representatives and their tenants to ensure cleaning expectations are met.

Our Branch Managers oversee the full spectrum of operations of a geographic area. Branch Managers supervise and train Area Managers. Any questions the customer/tenant may have regarding the service, billing, etc. can be directed to the Branch Manager as needed.

The General Manager will visit accounts on a periodic basis to assess the overall quality of our program and to meet with the building contact to verify that they are also pleased with the service being provided. Periodic night visits will also be made to ensure overall quality of our work.

The Customer Service Representatives support the Operations Group directly and reports to the General Manager. This department receives customer requests and concerns then immediately forwards to the Area Manager and / or Branch Manager as appropriate.

Our Maintenance Experts have more than 20 years of experience repairing and maintaining cleaning equipment. They guarantee extending the life of equipment through proper care.

At our disposal is a Research & Development team composed of microbiologists, pharmacists, medical engineers, quality engineers, time and motion engineers, and industrial engineers. Their mission is to create best in class cleaning processes based on quality and efficiency. They test on site or in our clean room then recommend equipment / chemicals for the entire group based on efficiency, employee & customer safety and environmental sensitivity.

Our Managers are Training Experts and possess vast experience training Operators in this environment. Upon hire, Operators receive initial training on site specific processes, chemicals, equipment, safety, and security. Ongoing and opportunity training is conducted as needed to ensure the quality and efficiency of cleaning service and to meet changing needs.
